This is cool and all but it is a bit misleading.

The Schwarzschild Radius of a 40GM object is around 790AU, the orbit of Neptune is around 30AU. I'm sure the volume that the object can effect is beyond massive, but the "size" of a SMBH is defined by the point at which not even light can escape, the Schwarzschild Radius.

Still a Schwarzschild Radius of over 26 times the size of Neptune's orbit is insane.

I was in a group, there were 8 members we went back an forth for months to try come to decisions, it was not a great time and nothing was achieved.

Consensus is probably possible in groups of around 4-5

I live in New Zealand.....this happens with a lot of stuff.

Humans are by nature social, remove the authority figures and after the initial panic. Tribes will form.....from tribes bigger clans, it will not be pretty. Some will lose, some will win...this is not a good route to take.
