Biden signs $1.2tn spending package as government shutdown is averted
Now, I am not American and don't really follow the news, but to me it looks like a 'Government shutdown' is averted every few months. Is this normal?

New 6th gen fighter jet name - a self-own?
Don’t worry guys, it’ll be made by Boeing. No need to shoot at it, it’ll fall from the sky by itself.

Apparently not. There are 2 reasons for this: while Neptune's and Pluto's orbits overlap on images, they overlap in such a way they never overlap on the same 3D point in space. Ther is also gravitational resonance[2], where each planet speeds up or slows down as the other approaches

The Samsung Galaxy XCover6 Pro has a replaceble battery while being IP68 dust/water resistant, which means it can be submerged in water up to 1.5m/5ft for 35 min. It's definitely possible, but they just don't want to make such phones apparently.

Falcon looks nice, but a quick search tells me that it’s based on QtWebEngine, which in turn is based on Chromium, so that’s unfortunate.
