How so? Telegram isn't a great choice if you're looking for privacy: E2EE is disabled in 1-on-1 chats by default in Telegram, so it's technically possible for Telegram employees to read majority of messages sent on their platform. Group chats and channels have no E2EE at all.

It’s not about laws and regulations. Game was sold in these and ~170 more countries just 2 weeks ago. I wanted to buy a game for my friend‘s birthday — I can’t do it anymore because they live in a newly "unsupported" region. And thanks to Sony being absolutely silent on this, I have no idea whether we would be able to play this game together ever.
