There is (used to be) this community for Japanese music on feddit.de:

But now it seems like other instances basically only have local copies of this community and federation is broken:

Beehaw still seems to be able to push new posts, but they didn't get the one post from 2 days ago that was from sh.itjust.works, so it's not really working there either:

On feddit.de itself, the community also isn't available anymore under its above address, but it still exists with @feddit.de added:

I'm not sure what's going on here, I couldn't find anything in the modlog and I can't tell if it was just deleted? But if it was deleted, other instances seem to be completely unaware of this and people are still trying to use it on their instances.

I tried to post to the feddit.de main community too, but my post isn't appearing there either. Of course that might be moderation so I'm not sure it means anything.

Jetzt ist mir aufgefallen dass andere Instanzen seit ein paar Tagen jeweils nur noch eine lokale Version dieser Community haben und die Beiträge nicht mehr austauschen.

Das kommt mir komisch vor, eine für feddit lokale community sollte die Domain doch nicht in der Adresse brauchen?

Im Modlog habe ich nichts relevantes gefunden, gelöscht sieht sie auch nicht aus, aber was ist dann kaputt? Kanns sein dass die Hauptadresse der community von irgendeinem Filter erwischt wird?

I've been following the punk rock group Su凸ko D凹koi (Suttoko Dokkoi) for a while, and this somewhat recent track is one of my favourites. Unfortunately Bing Chat refuses to discuss it due to the word 風俗嬢 (prostitute) in the title, so I figured I'd post it to a place with actual humans instead. The lyrics themselves and the linked music video are harmless though, just a bittersweet love story.

Electro swing is pretty rare in Japan, so I was surprised to find this combination of someone who can actually make music and someone who can actually sing. The entire album this is from is the same style. Does anyone have any similar recommendations?
