If a trans person says or does something morally wrong I do not ever attempt to "punish" them with deadnaming or misgendering. However, I consider Twitter.com neither transgender nor person. I mean that's only true for people who actually see it as deadnaming, which it isn't. As I said before the point isn't actually "Deadnaming is okay in this instance" but "This app is literally just Twitter."
