I know there's been some talk about organization for the emoji picker. Ways to group custom emojis, etc.

This could probably be made more intuitive with some kind of hinting that those are tabs. I might take a crack at it!

I see it in the same spot on this instance as well.

Accidentally unlocked the comment (misclicked when the giant 3-dot menu expanded under my thumb), but I don't see why it should be locked in the first place.

Re-lock if it's supposed to be locked, I guess.
