General Discussion Thread (Season 2024/25)
A general thread open to anyone to discuss anything Wolves related.
O'Neil warns referees to 'be careful' as referee Anthony Taylor is demoted to Championship.
Gary O'Neil:
"I think that's three referees now that have been relegated off the back of reffing for us. So you need to be careful when you referee Wolves because you can end up in the Championship the following week. [Manchester] United, Luton and Newcastle now."
I don't really understand why the referee is being punished, when VAR was at fault in my opinion.

Pedro Neto (Wolves)
P4 W1 D1 L2 G1 A3 Neto set up three goals in September to take his tally to four for the season, the joint-most in the Premier League. Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa)
P4 W3 D0 L1 G4 A1 The Aston Villa striker ended the month in fine form. His winner at Chelsea was followed by a hat-trick and an assist in a 6-1 win over Brighton & Hove Albion that moved his team up to fifth in the table.

That should not have been a penalty and the red is weak in my opinion but I can see why it was given.
At the end of the day Wolves did not play well, lucky to get a draw against what most think to be the weakest side this season in the Premier League.
