I make good use of OneNote by Microsoft which syncs with the desktop version. I don't think you need to be a M365 user to use any of the features.

Coincidentally, I have been working my way through DS3 for the first time. The uptick in uninvited guests has been both stressful and enjoyable. What a great series, been making my way through them all since getting hooked on Sekiro last year.
