I live in a lower population red state so take this with a grain of salt. I was at the latest protest and this was not what I experienced. It was awesome to see a large turnout from all ages and it seemed the ones in charge were millennial aged. I have to say it somewhat restored my faith that maybe we can stand together and some good can still happen.
