Whatsapp stored my wifes data
As [email protected] said, maybe your wife had activated backups and you did not have any knowledge of it (and maybe she forgot about enabling it as well)?
But if what you say is true, that sounds horrifying. Meta should get in trouble for this.

Why are so many Linux projects on Microsoft GitHub? Shouldn't they all move to Codeberg?

What are those free features? Why doesn't Codeberg have it?

That's such a stupid thing to say. What if they are studying to be a doctor? You'll be risking people's lives because some guy couldn't study and had to use ChatGPT or something to pass the exam and get the job.

Maybe we should change the Tux image once they rewrite the Kernel completely on Rust to him wearing armour since it is difficult to fuck up in Rust lol.

Is there any way to find out how much data can be cleared by executing 'nix-collect-garbage -d' without actually executing it?
Reply in thread
'nix-store --gc --print-dead' does that already and 'nix-collect-garbage --dry-run' prints only the number of paths that will be deleted and does not display the correct size of it either. I had tried it and it won't work here.

Scan your face to clock in.
When I was a kid, I used to go to a tuition where you had to scan your face whenever you went out or came in; this felt even more dystopian. Where did all the "for protecting children" ideology go that all the corporations and governments were fixated upon? That thing is still there and will always continue to scan children's faces. I stopped scanning my face there after some months, but I don't know how much of a change that would've made, they must've already got my face.
