As a daily OpenSUSE user on both my work and personal machine I'm not sure if I would recommend for a first timer, I feel like it makes a lot of assumptions as how much the user knows

To repeat what James O'Brien observed, when there have been many reports and investigations that have found the police to be institutionally racist (against non white British people) it's quite a stretch to then claim that group is now the victim...
Not that everything is fair and good, but if anyone is getting unfairly screwed by the system it's not the folks that commuted to trash that town and brawl with police
