I you are rooted I really recommend BCR, it's been working great for me :)

I can answer for Israel at least, public transport is really bad and slow here, it doesn't reach everywhere, it doesn't work on Saturdays and generally isn't on time, sometimes they skip stops altogether and sometimes trips are just suddenly cancelled.

Just read the news about Truecaller premium having a call recorder in case that's something you want.

OnlyOffice is the prettiest and most MS Office like, Libre seems the most widely compatible (RTL isn't really supported on onlyoffice for example)
