Yea. But MDex is fansub only. BTW https://coloredmanga.com/ uploads the Official TLs with full quality. So you can use that in tachi or houdoku too.

i am kinda confused too. I think these are web release. Not volume release since the res is 1500x1200 ish. Where the B&W are 3500x2400. The nyaa uploads i think is by the viz not these ones. You can join their server for further clarification. https://discord.com/invite/j66bPX4z8M

Tachiyomi is not officially uploaded on fdroid. So i don't recommend using it. Download the version from github even tho they are the same.
Now for j2k, it doesn't take a lot of time. I don't think so. Just backup and restore in j2k and select the same download folder. That should do it.

Why go through emulator when u have better alts. You can try mangayomi which is still new but has a lot of options and very light.
