الساعة 10:30 صباحا للنظر بتمديدالأمر الاحترازي بقضية الإعتداءات على مقبرة القسام ضد شركة البناء يفرح أحزكوت ( יפרח אחזקות וניהול בע"מ ) والتي قام المدعو سامي عاسور ( סמי עאשור )، وهو يدعي ان له حق في جزء من ارض المقبرة ويمثل الشركة، بالاعتداء وتدنيس المقبرة وقام بتجريف وطمر مساحة واسعة من المقبرة.

Ahmad Khalifah and Muhamad Taher Jabarin where arrested in 19.10.2023, for organizing one of the first demonstrations against the genocide in Gaza. they spent 9 months in Israel torture camps and are now on trail for "incitement" and "supporting a terrorist organization".

It is now safe to say that no part of Israeli "left", including the "non-Zionist" parts, expressed any solidarity with the Palestinian march of return that was banned by Israel police. neater they showed support of the Palestinians who held local events in many of the destroyed villages. I'm sure there are many explanations but as far as I'm concern there is only one explanation that matters: they are addicted to the drug of "Joint" activities, to reconciliation without justice, to "both-sides" instead of solidarity. to "peace" without the refugees.

Palestinians block the entrance of a Bulldozer into the old graveyard of Ballad alSheikh. That graveyard served as Haifa's graveyard before the Nakba and the establishment of Tel Hannan (now Nesher) on the land of ethnically cleansed Ballad alSheikh.

Tomorrow, Thursday, the Haifa District Court will hold a hearing on the administrative detention of Tamer Khalifa and two other young men from Umm al-Fahm.
The Umm al-Fahm Popular Committee invites you to a protest vigil against the administrative detentions tomorrow at 10:30 in front of the court.
Thousands of administrative detainees are languishing in the occupation's prisons without guilt or trial. Like all Palestinian prisoners, they are victims of systematic sadistic abuse.

n a protest against the criminal violence today in Um alFahm, a protestor was arrested and sent to 5 days in "home detain" for holding a sign that had 3 of the four colors of the Palestinian flag.

Today we visited a comrade who was lately released from more then 2 years in the occupation prisons. we heard about the daily tortures and abuse, but also about the solidarity inside the prisons that help the prisoners to preserve some human dignity in the torture camps hell.
