Android Auto did take some setup for me, but it works just fine. It is not too much of a hassle to setup if it is installed through the GrapheneOS store. I did have to return to stock Android for a time as I could not get the GPS to work properly, but it worked for the longest time at first, and it has been working working just fine for a while now.
