Critical support for the Lemmy world peeps in their fight against pro-intellectual property nerds

Reply in thread

They certainly picked a weird hill to choose for defederating, lots of communities defederate lemmynsfw just because they don't want porn in users feeds (which is totally fair). The specific post they were angry at was a verified OF model and also had been verified for the community they were posted in. Like if you just don't want a porn instance just say that's the reason, dont make it look bad

[Meta] Community engagement

Reply in thread

Hi, thanks for the detailed response! I do agree that the community seems to be competing with c/domesticdiscipline and their admin who is very active and knowlegable from the look of things, we did briefly discuss working together at some point. I feel this community is more specific than c/domesticdiscipline, though I admit I do not have a clear plan for what I want to do here going forward.

Regarding the sidebar, yes I agree that I need to update and work on that. Any discussion relating to spanking (though ofc not against minors) is welcome and discussions/questions should be encouraged. Il have a think on what I can do to try and encourage these types of posts, and if you have any suggestions for changes/additions I would love to hear what you think. I mainly discuss spanking content on discord, using posts and communities is rather new for me.

LGBTQIA+...wow Im not sure how I overlooked that, for context im Ace, poly and am supporting my partner while they transition. No sort of discrimination or transphobia is going to be accepted here. Il write a new sidebar to make these points clear and hopefully show that I intend this to be a safe community.

The community is heavily m/f and f/f leaning, that's just down to what my primary tastes are honestly. x/m is not restricted, neither is any combination of gender. A new sidebar will hopefully make this clear.

Thank you for your thoughts btw! Its really nice for you to put so much effort into helping me here

[Album] One of my first times using LoRAs for more specific generations

Reply in thread

Sadly ive never been able to try, I can barely generate images as I only have 3gb of VRAM (and 4GB is the minimum). I did have a quick look and found this: civatai. I also took a look on the the Unstable Diffusion subreddit and found somebody who makes the type of content you are looking for. They don't use a LoRA but instead pose with action figures and then use stable diffusion to replace the figures with models, interesting approach which works pretty well but a lot more involved ofc
