The weight loss is amazing! I am starting to hit the top 10's in strava and hopefully as I lose more I can get more/move up the list! I have a personal goal to complete a 100 mile ride before the end of summer and recently crossed off the 100km on my way to my goal!

Bone conduction is great! I use them to ride at a low volume. I can hear it if there is no traffic noise or big wind.

Group for a couch potato wanting to get back into cycling?
If you have a local bike store go talk to them! They could point you to any local groups. Other than that check strava because they have online clubs you may be able to search for your city/area.

Male female power cable keeps on coming loose while riding ebike. Help?
Is it physically separating or is there oxidation on the plug? Maybe some dielectric grease in the female side would help that?
