Disclaimer: Ja, ich hab den Artikel gelesen und weiß, dass es da um "gesunde" Gehirne geht, aber in Zeiten, wo alle nur mehr Headlines lesen ist das fahrlässig! Do better, heise.

Wenn man diese Pathologisierung aus der Sprache nehmen will, spricht man von Neurodivergenz. Ich find das angenehmer, weil ADHS für mich nicht ausschließlich negativ ist. Ich bin zB super in meinem Job, weil mein Hirn so funktioniert wie es eben funktioniert. Ist klarerweise nicht bei jedem so aber es is jedenfalls komplizierter als das Wort Störung/Disorder vermuten liese. Soll jetzt aber nicht als sprachpolizeiliche Abmahnung verstanden werden, nur als Alternativangebot.

Hooo boy... I work in embedded and modern MCUs and modern compilers allow for well abstracted, readable code and small memory footprint. I currently work on 256k of RAM and 1M of Flash, which is plenty, but have previously worked on systems with a fraction of that and still it's possible to write readable code on these.
