Yeah it's a bit of sour grapes really, especially considering penalty overturned and Eddie got kicked in the face on that counter! The one play the had was kick the ball to Rashford and hope he produced some magic, it backfired and he looks stupid because he had to bring on Jonny Evans and Slabhead

It's pretty simple really, if the manager/players aren't happy with the time being added on then don't time waste etc the power is literally in their hands!
I'm an Arsenal fan but Lee Dixon on commentary makes me want to mute honestly, painful to listen to... not sure how he keeps getting gigs when he's seemingly so uninformed about everything.

Can't see how this can go wrong sovcit.

For most of these that I see, I can kind of make sense of what they are going for, even though it's all complete nonsense but this one has me stumped.

Full time thoughts: Rice looked good again even before the goal, Havertz worked hard off the ball but was very poor in possession/transition, Saka should have scored and I think the defense overall dealt with the counterattacks well but Saliba stood out as per usual

Viera and Tomiyasu looked good when coming on as well, I thought Jesus looked off the pace still before his superbly taken goal so he put me in my place

I'm hoping for a statement kind of win this weekend, we've been working hard and toiling to results since the start of the season and I'd love a big result just to breathe some fresh air into the players and fanbase.

Thank you, Granit
He can leave here with his head held high, would have loved to see him play in the champions league here but I'm so proud of his redemption arc
£21m seems to be a good bit of business for 31yr old in the last year of his contract or maybe I've just been burnt by all of our recent outgoings

Really enjoying seeing Martinelli use his left foot more to cross, I feel like he was getting predictable

Transfers
I actually wouldn't mind Havertz if he was cheap, I think he would fit into our system much better than whatever the hell Chelsea were trying to do with him but we're so loaded with attacking talent I don't think it makes sense, especially with the Nelson renewal
Absolutely do not want to sell Smith-Rowe though, can't see why we would but who knows with the Premier League

I know it's just sentimentality and us being more ruthless with players is a good thing when it comes to challenging for honours but the thought of ESR playing for another team honestly makes me feel sick.

I always want to see City drop points but that was never a foul on Alisson, goalkeepers get too much protection

He did do well stopping attacks but the first half miss and sloppy pass for the counter means he will get even more scrutiny unfortunately and when the people around him are so talented it becomes clear when things aren't going quite right, no room for passengers in the team and Xhaka last season was so important in the same role both offensively and defensively.

Seems a shame, I thought he was supposed to be a pretty good prospect, popped on the bench a few times
