Sorry for the awful quality this picture is a screenshot from my dashcam. I saw this strange version of the American flag and can't seem to find a match online. It's like a Betsy Ross flag but an additional star in the middle plus the entire blue section centered in the stripes as opposed to being in the top left. This was captured in Orlando Florida.
