Instead of thinking of us as humans who DO job X, people think of us as humans who ARE job X

This causes people to act so formal between 9-5 and the suddenly bring out their real personality after work

Anyone else agree that we shouldn't group ourselves like that and just be chill?

Like the coworker we talk suuuuuper formally to is literally a normal person like us when they're done work, but we all act like we HAVE to talk formally to them
