Maybe I'm just dumb, but looking for posts on Lemmy via Google doesn't seem to redirect me to any post on Lemmy? For example 'Beginning tips running lemmy', doesn't redirect me to the [email protected] community even though there's definitely a post about it with helpful information.

If I look for a community on it's own instance, does it show me total number of subscribers from all instances then? Because it seems to give me the same amount of subscribers for the communities I looked up via the link you posted.

The codex only seems to mention pigs, goats and sheep so I think slaughtering your own chickens is still allowed.
