Nothing wrong with her. I was just sexist, ageist and a coward.

Saw a woman trying her best to make a change and getting praised for it. Decided she was somehow annoying and didn't deserve all the attention she was getting.

TIL: that during a dissociative fugue, a person can suddenly travel far from home, assume a new identity, and live for days or even weeks without any memory of their former life.

Agatha Christie might have experienced this. In 1926, her husband Archibald had been having an affair with another woman and asked her for a divorce. One night, she left her home at night, drove a little far. Her car was found abandoned. When they searched for her she was found 11 days later in a hotel in Northern England staying under a false name with no recollection of who she was. But, there are some people who think that she did all of that deliberately just to embarass her husband.
