In the past 5 years, whenever I talk it's like my brain's buffering. I can't find words or "load" the next sentence or sequence things. I used to be able to give unscripted presentations. Why?

I forgot to clarify that. No, I wasn't sick. It was a gradual onset.

Did you/they have the thing about talking? I'll mention testing for thyroid antibodies next time!
