Increasing Interaction and fostering community
I really enjoy dubstep (but lean more into greyzone/leftfield stuff) and lemmy though with lemmy there seems to be the problem that people tend to not interact, especially with smaller communitieswhere there aren't a lot of comments and there isn't diverse content. the only place I have seen this problem being solved creating a space that feels very lively is c/funhole. At the start it was one or two people posting original content and always thanking each other in the comments for posting the content. I think the same is a bit more difficult in a community like this but it would help if people started to write something like "Thank you for the recommendation" in the comments of nice tracks as that would motivate the poster to dig up more nice tracks also fostering a more cohesive tasteprofile of the community and at the same time it helps the person commenting become more accustomed to interact with people and add additional information to comments which can spark conversation

I am using the DDJ-200 since I got it 3 years ago and will probably use it till it dies. I am using the midi Keyboard to get better 4 deck functionality out of the DDJ-200 with midi mappings on the knobs and faders. The Desk with the monitors is part selfmade part IKEA.
