‘Reddit can survive without search’: company reportedly threatens to block Google

I'm here after leaving reddit for the api changes. This wasn't easy since I had been on reddit to over a decade but I have no plans to go back. I can't in good mind support a platform that doesn't listen to it's users/content creators. Plus I can't stand the official app! RIF is the reddit app for me.

Question to the ones that fully left Reddit

I've only gone back to reddit anonymously a few times for technical information or guides. I do miss it in some ways but I don't miss how toxic it could be.

Megathread for Reddit Blackouts and News - Day 3

I tried the official app a few times before the api announcement and can't stand it. I'm supporting the blackout and if RIF dies, I will be done with reddit for good. I will miss the mass amount of knowledge.

As much as I don't want my laptop to be delayed, I would rather wait and it be right.

Heat-pump water heaters are a winner for the climate — and your wallet
I love my geothermal water heater! With a family of 5 and 3 full bathrooms we never run out of hot water. We planned to go tankless until we went geothermal.

This is the one I'm looking at currently, but I'm having a hard time with the price... https://www.amazon.com/ELS-PET-Cleaning-Automatic-Protection/dp/B0C2BVTFDP I would love to see what others are using and what they like and don't like about it.

The laptop I'm replacing is 13 years old. I'm hopeful that the framework laptop last just as long or longer.
