Thanks! People call them different things depending on location. Mobile home/trailer house/ house trailer/trailer. I never know which one to use. We always called them trailers. Its right at 1000sq ft. And you have to have a licensed hauling company move it.

This is his second most natural state. His most natural state is growling and barking at anything that moves.

Thanks! I ran the vent straight up and through the roof. I didnt want to put cabinets up there with the 6 inch pipe going through them and i like the look of dedicated vent space above the range.

Thanks! It wasn't my first choice, but we had to make some concessions based on space. I wanted to keep the counters as free as possible and storage is at a premium so microwave hood vent it is. I just liked the profile of that one more than a full size one above the stove.

Thanks! The counters are one of my favorite parts. Yeah, its a samsung range. We've only been using it for a week but it's pretty nice. Being able to air fry without the countertop device is great!

Yeah, its pushed all the way in. They make shallower fridges, but you lose alot of space internally. When i was planning out the kitchen, it was clear that the fridge would stick out from the cabinets but we live that fridge. I could have made the cabinets deeper to cover more but i wanted to keep as much space for movement around the island as i could so i stuck with standard depth cabinets and a protruding fridge

Thanks! Mostly because it was cost effective. I had the boards already. I didn't love the stain color, and still don't, but my wife likes it, so it can stay.

Yep. I started with hardwood 1x2's, cut them to length, sanded them and sealed them with 5 coats of polycrylic sanding between coats. Ive used it before and it penetrates pretty well leaving a very tough finish. Its an experiment though, might not hold up. We will see.

Thats a hard question to answer. The overall process took a ton of planning and pulled from alot of areas that i have done some work before. If you are familiar with framing, some cement and tile work, i say go for it. Prepare for mistakes amd take your time. The shower pan was more difficult than i thought. It was my first one and i would say it was the hardest part. Getting the angles right to flow water into the drain was tedious. Id say watch some youtube videos on that part for sure and shower waterproofing. This took me about 14 days all together.
