The future trend of energy development is destined to be the mixed use of multiple energy sources, such as nuclear power replacing thermal power and hydropower becoming the mainstream, while light energy sources such as solar photovoltaic and wind power serve as auxiliary energy sources.

A research team from Nanjing University of Technology in China has successfully fabricated a 0.066 square centimeter perovskite photovoltaic device using a "full-vacuum thermal evaporation" technique, achieving a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 25.19%. After more than 1000 hours of continuous operation, the device maintained over 95% of its initial performance, demonstrating excellent stability. Furthermore, the team also fabricated a 1 square centimeter device using the same method, achieving an efficiency of 23.38%, showing promising prospects for industrialization.
