Use a #VPN or #TOR,Your ISP will only know the destination point, all traffic will be encrypted through a #tunnel

You said you installed a router. How did you configure the modem? In Full Bridge?

Also start changing your #DNS, don't use your ISP's default ones

If a crew member has symptoms of vomiting or diarrhea, the first thing to do is to isolate yourself by going to your cabin and notify the doctor . This virus is taken very seriously on board ships

so the modem that you have from your ISP it is not possible to configure it as, ONT,Bridge or Full Bridge . 🤔

Since you are just starting out, I recommend you start by subscribing to a VPN, (don't use the free ones)avoid tor for now, I use Mullvad which only allows 5 devices at the same time, but there are others, choose those that don't keep logs.

@Charger8232 I have been using Vaultwarden (Unofficial Bitwarden compatible server written in Rust) selfhosted for a few years now, and I have to say I'm very happy with it. I also use the backup strategy, on some media (USB stick and SSD) encrypted with Veracrypt.

@Freuks I use pfsense and force all users to use the DNS that I set on the router, this allows me to use pfblockerNG to block ads, telemetry, etc. Instead, users who use the VPN (MULLVAD) will use the MULLVAD DNS to avoid DNS Leak

C’è da dire che questi personaggi ci sanno fare,sfruttano il sistema. Se pagano tasse ridicole perché possono farlo e lo fanno. Per quando riguarda i social, sfruttano l’ignoranza dell’utente.

Vado a spendere dove trovo il prezzo migliore, e dove ho la garanzia certa. Amazon mi dà questa possibilità, ma sono consapevole che perdo la mia privacy. Perché devo andare in un negozio fisico e pagare un cell dí fascia alta 50€ in più. Poi su questi negozi online hai una vasta scelta di prodotti a prezzi bassissimi, di cosa mi devo preoccupare?che sfruttano i propri dipendenti o del mio portafoglio

Per quando riguarda i social non li uso e sto bene.

Io forzo a tutti i clienti della mia rete ad utilizzare i DNS di cloudflare , anche se cambiati sul dispositivo vengono automaricamente rifiutati . Poi per gli utenti che devono utilizzare con la VPN (Mullvad) utilizzono i DNS suoi, per evitare il dns leak . Tutto configurato sul router
