You do what you need to do. I'm sharing my own experience, and my problems and emotional burdens were not solvable by Therapists. This was a combination of mystic, shaman who sees not only psychological turmoil but even beyond human experience and the root causes of something that even transcends causality itself. Find a therapist like that would you?

NONDUALISM TAKES NO PRISONERS by Jim Newman

this is not Mu, Mu means absolutely nothing. You couldn't possible extrapolate all of this from Mu. This succinctly points to how the mind operates and how to recognize the illusion. You probably associate it in that way because it comes from Zen Buddhism, which is a concept with more koans associated with it, but Mu in itself means absolutely nothing, it is just a vague saying trying to be mysterious that hopelessly sends its students on the way of endless seeking. I have no idea where did you come up with heroin, and confusing pleasure, it's as if you didn't even read the text.

word salad is in the eye of the beholder. Seems like you're more interested in "seeking things", then this is not for you. 🤷‍♂️ Buddhism and Daoism is just another one of those "seeking games", "I seek to become enlightened", you want to grasp onto things, and yet it doesn't seem you really care about anything said. You just seem to care about "things Chinese", which just adds another layer of delusion on top of religious one. It is not a concept, the things you mentioned are concepts, like Buddhism, this is seeing directly without any concepts. You are obviously still seeking.

You reached the end
