Welcome to Twin Peaks [twin peaks day 2026]

i was in foot lockers shoe store the other day waiting for my mom and every time anyone would say "new shoes" i'd spit all over myself. it was soooooo funny but no one got it and then the manger asked me to leave!!

I've not listened to this yet but it's Mark Kermode, who I really rate, so hopefully it's a good show.

Not sure how available this will be outside the UK, apologies if you can't listen in.

Description:

For a very special 100th episode of Screenshot, Ellen E Jones and Mark Kermode explore David Lynch and Mark Frost's cult classic TV show. With guests Mark Frost and Tim Roth.

Happy Twin Peaks Day! Go enjoy a damn fine cup of coffee.

RIP David

Not much for a mention for TP though, but in case Josie fans are interested :-)

Joy Nash helped design this original t-shirt that helps the Los Angeles Public Library. How cool is that??

Posted the song in question. Here is the FWWM theme by Angelo Badalamenti. AND it also is similar to a song in season 3 by Johnny Jewel

Here's my interpretation of songs that would play at the Roadhouse, it's a vibe.

I'm just about to start a complete re-watch of the show from the start. Are there any REALLY GOOD podcasts that discuss episode-by-episode.

I've already listened to Diane (which is fantastic and I'll probably listen to again)... but are there any others worth listening to?

Whether you’re new to Lemmy, a refugee from /r/twinpeaks or whatever, welcome to the community!
