6-3 Supreme court making poor choices

Have you ever gone days without sleeping? It doesn't make you more productive. Sleep is like water; without it people soon die. So what are the unhoused to do now that the Supreme Court criminalized biological necessities?

Stack them like a slave ship. Build huge warehouses that are going to cost the tax payers to punish people who don't have the money to afford housing. Completely absurd and impractical decision!

What exactly is cruel and unusual if sleep deprivation is not? The CIA uses it as a torture technique. If that is not a definition of cruel and unusual, what is?

The unhoused should concentrate in the cities. There are already too many. The economy isn't going to miraculously rebound. There will be tons of homeless and your paycheck is going to have to be cut to fund the absurdist government.

$400 a day shelter "jail" industry

No matter your politics, everyone should agree that $400 a day shelters are bad economics and are not good for the unhoused (see Robles-Duran). What kind of policies and solutions might you try to end the housing crisis?
