IT'S ME POSTING TO A DEAD COMMUNITY, MOTHERFUCKERS!!!
In era of Liquid Glass, I found Lemmios to be very nostalgic, because of Apollo-like UI. Don't change Lemmios, you probably won't survive Lemmy 1.0, but it's nice having you now.

As the title says, Lemmios is only Lemmy app where the link previews are broken with Lockdown Mode enabled.
For well over a week, I've been unable to sign into Lemmy.ml with Lemmios. I'm not having an issue with other apps like Memmy.
Is this app still have any active development? Seems to be the only ios lemmy client with widgets. I love that.
Loving the app. However it doesn’t look as if the mark read on scroll option is working.
If I scroll some posts they do not indicate that they have been read by going grey. Unlike when I tap and read a post. Equally tapping the hide read posts button doesn’t make scrolled by posts disappear.
Would love a way to group communities I find similar, that was I can view the group and get all the posts about a topic from multiple communities over many instances. Bean app has this feature. Think multireddits for a Reddit comparison.
I’m trying out the newest TestFlight version and I must say it’s very stable with far less crashes than previous versions.
The system UI does not have that stuttering transition from post to images (but it still does it sometimes)
Writing text still slows down if it’s long but is faster now and better now.
And finally! a hide read post button.
Overall, a great update! Thank you as always!
This update took a long time due to Apple's review taking forever, but I'm proud to say that the crash counts have significantly lowered in the beta, going from about 1 in 50 sessions to now generally 0 for every build! This also adds crossposting and many UI improvements!
I hope everyone enjoys!

I have noticed that the app reloads images very often, when swiping back etc. I think image caching could improve the snappiness and lower the data usage.
I just updated to the latest build and I noticed an issue on the accounts tab. It looks a little wonky and I can’t access my account.
I hope it gets fixed on the next update. But overall, the app looks very nice and smooth. A worthy successor to Apollo.
Lemmios is my favorite iOS Lemmy app so far, but I find that when I go to upvote a comment using the voting button next to the commenter’s username (top), I inadvertently collapse the comment.
Would it be possible to have both voting buttons either on the right side like posts have, or at the bottom?
I understand gestures are an option, it’s just a personal preference with the voting buttons. Old habits die hard :)
And if this feature exists, I apologize for missing it. I have looked for it in the settings but did not see such an option. Thank you for such great work with Lemmios!
Due to many people asking we now have T-shirts if you want to rock your Lemmios usage out around the world! Also just a very cool logo for people who don’t know it! Anyone buying this would be very appreciated!
EDIT: for those in the EU we have an alternate storefront
Due to demand, I have submitted the designs to Cotton Bureau (the company Apollo used) so once it gets approved everyone will be able to order shirts!
I was using memmy because it used the default option for voting to show both up and downvotes separately.
I would like to see all apps add a toggle for those of us who want a granular breakdown on voting (the same suggestion has been made to memmy and will be made to any others I try which don’t have it, and I’m on android as well!), for our mental health or for whatever other reason (for me the total vote count up/down is a mental health feature, and why I’m drawn to the fediverse. I want to know my overall reach and how many agreed, disagreed, and, inadvertently, the vote to reply ratio (which tells you a lot about how strongly someone feels about their agreement or dissent). I don’t want that hidden behind an aggregate number when it exists there as data already that need to be suppressed.
I have downloaded and installed your app and have found it does not have this, so I would like to request it. It can be a toggle for those who want to know aggregate data, but it is my opinion that the default splitting of votes into up and down counts should be preserved as the default for apps as well, largely for the reasons above but also to give Lemmy a different feel from Reddit/other SM. We want this place to be different, and our UX choices matter in how that ends up working. If we want to maintain a more collaborative environment, the detailed counts do matter.
Continuing on the train of adding moderation features, the two newest additions are the modlog:
And comment nuking (hard to put in a picture but will remove comment and all replies to it)
I hope everyone enjoys!

But more people does come with some issues, I currently have 126 users on lemmy.world that have notifications enabled, which means enough requests that I am starting to hit their rate limits and a solution needs to be found. I have identified a few options:
What does everyone here think is the best option?
Lemmios can link to communities via search while typing!
What it looks like to select:

Beta updates are moving to ![email protected] to keep this community reserved for community polls and App Store updates
I am thinking of adding live activities (similar to how apollo did), but it seems like it would be a fair bit of work and I want to judge how much the community wants it before I start the undertaking. Thanks for the input!
