Weekly fasting thread

Thought I'd start another weekly thread for check ins and such. I currently do a ~48h fast every Monday and Tuesday. As of this morning I'm down 22kg from when I started in May. I'm feeling like my other health habits have been slipping lately, but I'm finding the fasting schedule easy to keep up.

Weekly fasting thread

Hi! Not sure how active the community is but thought I'd make a post similar to the r/fasting daily check in.

I'll start: Been OMAD the previous 2 days and currently 23 hrs into another fast. Feeling a bit tired but otherwise okay, so might go nap to get it over the 1 day mark. Haven't decided whether to extend.

Kalman Fasting Day 1

I kick off my first day of a new fasting journey. I wake up super early at 4am, have a funny little stand-off with my ever-hungry cat, and wind up chilling on the couch. I'm curious to see how this whole fasting thing will tweak my sleep patterns. After an early morning paddle board session near the beautiful Scripps Pier in Southern California, I find myself totally wiped out. But hey, instead of guzzling caffeine, I choose to just rest.

I lay out my plan to fast for 90 days, with the rules being pretty simple: no food until noon and calling it quits by 8pm each night. Despite eating my first meal around 1pm, I don't feel hungry, so I'm skipping dinner. I also share my current weight - 335 pounds, but I'm planning to take full measurements as this journey progresses.
