On June 3rd, I bought women's boots from the seller theeverstore_1.

On June 4th, the seller theeverstore_1 created tracking number 1Z14V534YW18751642, but did not received the item to the post office for shipping. According to eBay, the item was supposed to arrive on June 12th.

A month has passed, and the seller theeverstore_1 still hasn't submitted the item to the post office for shipping.

On June 13th, I notified eBay that the seller hadn't shipped the item. eBay (a robot) responded, "Expect the item to be in transit."

Since I paid for the item via PayPal, I opened a case through PayPal and requested a refund of $68.85.

PayPal requested the tracking number from eBay and received the same tracking number 1Z14V534YW18751642.

PayPal said they would make a decision on July 3rd. I also sent PayPal tracking information for tracker 1Z14V534YW18751642, and that the seller theeverstore_1 isn't responding to messages on Ebay and hasn't refunded my money.

It's now July 4th, and PayPal told me they'll notify me by July 11th.

Then I started having problems logging into my PayPal account—I stopped receiving text messages on my mobile.

I admit I was upset—these shoes were a gift for my mom.

Then I checked who owns PayPal, and it's owned by Ebay.

In short, I think this is a scam by theeverstore_1, and Ebay/PayPal isn't on the buyer's side. All those Ebay and PayPal guarantees aren't worth a dime. After all, PayPal charged me a commission for the payment, and Ebay charged the seller theeverstore_1, and Ebay benefits from sellers!

It's a waste of money, but I'll be buying from Amazon now; they charge money after shipping through their warehouse.

I consider theeverstore_1 a scammer; beware of buying from them.

eBay Global Shipping Program says a Nintendo DS game is a restricted item to Mexico?

I got a weird message today that the eBay Global Shipping program has flagged the item I sent, a Nintendo DS game, for shipment to Mexico. eBay says that they are going to send the item back to me, but gave no further instructions on what to do. In the seller portal, the item is marked delivered, but I believe that is to the eBay Shipping Center. Has this happened to anyone else before?

Looking at the tracking, the package arrived there 5 days ago and they looked to be sitting on it up to today when they made the decision to send it back. Anyone ever see “First Dimension” and “Second Dimension” postings in their tracking?
