Is my Hair even remotely saveable?

So i currently so far only used a 3 in 1 Shampoo and just took really Crap care of my Hair in General due to my Mental Issues :(

And ive been thinking of maybe trying to Dye my Hair Blue and try to recreate this WIg with my own Hair as closely as Possible >.>

I doubt my Hair is dense enough for it tho :(
I will probably next Month when i have Money again buy myself Conditinor and all that other Crap you need to fix my Hair as best as Possible :(

EDIT: Its mostly the Front Hair ill probably have trouble with as my Back Hair goes quite down halfway at my Back :P

New haircut

Just a layered conventional haircut, asked for shorter layers and it bounced back.

This is coarse textured average density, I consider the curl type textbook 2c, and the color is henna.

Side view - easier to see here why I think it's wavy more than curly, the back is curlier but on both sides looser like this, and even at this length it flows down rather than up.

Really happy with this cut - this is the end of the day after work and workout and still holding up.

This got interesting

I like how she shows the process but her routine looks whack. How is it even getting dry all squashed in a bun and why not scrunch with the shirt after getting out of the shower?

I'm not making a video ever but what works for my (coarse, low porosity and very slow drying) 2c (mix of waves and curls) hair is:

Wash with gentle shampoo not conditioner.

Condition and rinse it out

Comb styling cream through very wet hair, first parted and down as though I am styling it straight, then upside down to loosen it from the scalp (it remembers the part) then scrunch in curl activator styling foam. This establishes definition.

Scrunch with microfiber towel and then wrap my hair in it, more like a plop than a twist, so it's out of my way while I get ready.

When I let it down, it looks great, defined and curly. But I know my hair (and ride a bike to work) it needs more hold. I put gel in by rubbing it between my palms and gently clapping my hands in my hair then gently scrunching. Then a few minutes with the diffuser, either pushing the hair up or just pointing it at my head (depending on what it seems to need) I don't have time to get it all the way dry.

Honestly it looks ok at work but So Good in the evening when I do this in the morning. Like it takes all day to get all the way dry. First it's like drowned rat, then seems stretched out, then eventually finds its way back to curly.

Heat styling and health of people and the world.

First the yoga pants - I was so upset to find out they shed microplastics when laundered. Now heat styling & heat protectant.

They say the main culprit is cyclopentasiloxane, so if it's just silicones and high heat I think most curly stylists avoid those, but I'm sure we all sometimes get a blowout or flat ironing, and lots of people do that every day.

Inflation affects us all.

I do keep my hair at a length that is about a thrice a year haircut, the mid length curly layered style does grow out gracefully, but my husband is laying down $20 every 2 weeks to keep the tight fade.

When mine was longer I did end up going a year between because of cost. I didn't feel overcharged, particularly not with a Deva or Ouidad cut because those really are time consuming for the stylist. But it was so expensive. Now I just go to the Spanish salon, and tell her I wear it curly, she can't style it to save her life but the haircut works when I style it, I have a hair type she understands.

“21-Year-Old: Need Real Advice on Greys & Balding

So Hi everyone, first of all let me just say sorry if u can't get my writing 😭.

I am from pakistan just turned 21 this june. I got very bad hair problems, I'll be attaching image for you guys to look and give me some manly advice without some social media shit like monoxdile, do this, this serum, this mask, this water and sooo on. So I got grey hairs already like 30 40 percentage of hairs are already grey so along with grey hairs i have got these issues: 1: Grey hairs (30 to 40%) 2: I got rough hairs 3: Started baldness if not wrong from front line. My front line hair are not growing well as you can see in the image. 4: I also got mostly dandruff issue but using shampoo like (selsun or selsum blue) or maybe Head and shoulder can mostly control it. 5: I have noticed that i guess my hair growth has been slowed down pretty well. 6: Mostly hair falls when ever i set hairs with my hands, if shampoo, and comb i got hairs falls like hell sometimes

So i need some real advice from people maybe doctors, one with same issues cured or uncured but not other shits.

How to deal with all this. I got pretty hectic routine going to start like night shift and studies so can't focus on routines. I do gym, i got good diet like very very low fast food consumption.

Exactly what should I use or do to make all these things under control maybe with a shampoo or product ? I do oiling as well like there is a oil named Tara meera oil that is like a pepper on a cut 💀 but u know what i want is to get a good hair not a very very good model like hair. Just good hailrs that i can grow, make them long aand style. That's it.

What will you guys suggest. Anyone with suggestions of any kind are welcome to deliver but try to avoid some fake social media and long care products and routine for hair as I can't really afford, as well as can't really focus and do. Most i can do is to oil hairs once a week, do shampoo or maybe conditioner if it is good for hair and use some easy suppliments like Evion that i take already. Tried 60 biotin tablets once from a company called nutrifactor but I don't think i get any results. So yeah this is it. Really appreciate if u guys can share your experience, your suggestions and things works for you. Thank again ❤️
