First off, all of these sports subs are dead, probably because most Lemmings are like me - habitual lurkers with some gripe against Reddit. I’m trying to be better about contributing to the conversation that I miss from the much more active sports subs over on the other site.

I think Matas and Essengue are showing real potential to be an excellent wing core of the future - long as hell, defensive instincts, and developing offensive chops. They haven’t shown me anything in our summer league games so far to lose faith in that vision. As far as the rest of the roster goes, I don’t think anyone else could be a contributor to the big team any time soon. Yuki is fun but not an NBA player. Anyone else have any thoughts?
