I'd say Klaus has had the most character development on the show, hell, most shows in general. I always find his life so interesting (maybe because it's more talked about than shown).

When I see newer Klaus I often think about a Futurama quote with Walter Koenig from Star Trek: "(I've become) a well-rounded person. With my own friends and credit cards and keys."
