I gave this talk at FOSDEM in Brussels two weeks ago; you can watch as I construct a non-trivial program which builds a bridge in luanti - this is what was formerly called minetest, a good open-source replacement for minecraft.

There wasn't much time for questions, so I'm directing people here for more questions.

The mod is open-source, you can get it here on github and install it locally on your own luanti server. However, to program the bots you would need to install a code editor, language server, compiler toolchain, and then connect them to the adabots.net proxy server.

Since that is a lot to get up and running, I made adabots.net work in the browser, so it's just a matter of clicking the workspace button to get your code editor up, and likewise there's an optional in-browser luanti connection by pressing a button.
