The post contained one comment that has been deleted by its author. I‘ve seen posts with negative upvote/downvote ratio before of course, but the comment one was a surprise and got a slight chuckle out of me

It's a Lemmy bug apparently, there are also instances of negative downvotes.
Negative votes are valid though.

That is pretty funny. But I guess if someone deletes their comment, it's accurate.
