back in the days when you actually needed a flashlight app, and 99% of them were just data sucking malware that happened to also turn on your camera LED
it was SO SO bad back then. I know I had to de-crap my parents phones a couple times... Really glad that the OS devs on both sides got the hint and added it as a stock feature.
