Apart from having less content to search trough, google has also just been giving me less usable results. Instead seeming to find me stuff for queries similar to what I type rather than what I actually type. It's gotten so bad I've found that I'm quicker at finding what I need using yahoo or bing :/
edit: This may just be my way of searching, or the scope of questions I have. But it is frustrating
No I agree Google search has seriously declined. I find myself using yandex and bing often to find what I am looking for.
You may want to try yahoo, it's a old-google like shell over bing search
