Liftoff not using full refresh rate in iOS
Loving Liftoff so far! I do notice that the scroll is a bit choppier than other apps on my iPhone 14 Pro. Is it not currently able to use iOS ProMotion?

That's definitely on the radar. Same for Android. There's some jank to clean up to ensure that it will be as smooth as it ought to be.
