The whole reason I've been teaching myself to code is so I can build a website that displays a 24/7 live feed of rain from cameras around the globe. Rain makes most places cozy for me.
I'm still very fresh in my journey, but my plan is to use a Weather API to find a location in the world that's raining, and then subsequently check a Camera API (like Earth Cam) to see if there's an available camera to be displayed for that region. As of right now just one feed at a time.
Not even sure how feasible it is, but it's been a goal of mine for a while

I was just thinking about trying to find a website to stream live cameras out someone’s window while I’m working. This endeavor sounds great!
Definitely feasible, check out openweather map for the weather api
