I saw this the other day and it has been driving me nuts trying to figure out what it means.

De la France? Maybe the driver is from France. Was it perhaps a Renault or Citroen?

De la France, de la force or maybe even de la farce

I read it as DLA Farce (DLA = disabled living allowance, the pittance we expect disabled people to live off). Seems too niche to be likely!
