As promised, my first mini cast iron "restoration"
Yesterday I made a post about how my brother kinda destroyed our mini cast iron skillet. It's looking amazing after 2 rounds of seasoning! Thanks to the community for a warm welcome. I can't wait to try something out in it other than eggs; any suggestions for such a tiny little guy?
Very nice, it looks good as new. Maybe some buns and halved bacon slices for a full breakfast sandwich.
Thanks! Unfortunately I guess the seasoning didn't go so well because my eggs went back to sticking, so another abrasive clean and another round of seasoning. I'll see how it goes now.
