Long time resident of a place with constant rain here and I certainly agree. Given we all produce heat, you can easily choose your own perfect temperature in cooler weather with just clothing, blankets, food, snuggling, etc. Occasional sunny days are great for sure, but you literally need a machine to find relief in uncomfortable heat.
