[SOLVED] Posts not showing up
I can't see my posts on lemmy.world (https://lemmy.world/u/temmyno1/view/Posts/sort/New/page/1) but I can view them through lemmy.ca (https://lemmy.ca/u/[email protected]/view/Posts/sort/New/page/1). Help?
edit: the problem was cause I had disabled "Show Read Posts" in user settings 💀

I can see both but I'm on lemmy.world.
This appears to be an issue with a user on lemmy.ca seeing a post on lemmy.world.
You should be able to see it, by hovering the star icon. I'm on feddit.dk
Star icon? I'm on Jerboa and I don't see such a thing.
If I click on your username I can see it in your profile though.
Oh alright. I'm using the PWA, I still need to get used to people using way different clients

Where you download the website to your phone. A kind of lite app. Just open the website in your browser and find the install option

oh okay then i guess the issue is on my end. i could see my posts yesterday but just cant today
Check your language setting on your user setting page. If you have
Undeterminedunselected it can cause display issues. The opposite is also true, for example if you did or didn’t select any langue in your post.If one of the instances in question has weird language settings, it would also likely cause issues.
Finally it could be a federation sync issue.
There are several issues filed on the lemmy-ui GitHub project on this.
For the record, both posts display fine for me. Check your language settings! 😊
the problem seems to have arisen today. everyone else can see the posts in the user profile so i guess the problem is something on my end. I'll try to wait it out and check tomorrow. I've spent way too much time on lemmy the past two days
