Subject: Opt-out TOS

I am writing to opt out of the new terms of service that were recently announced. I have carefully reviewed the changes, and I am exercising my right to decline the forced arbitration and class action waiver. As per the instructions, I understand that I need to send a written notice of my decision to opt out to [email protected] or [email protected]. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request confirmation of my opt-out status once it has been processed.
