Unable to block some communities, bug?
For some strange reason I am unable to block most communities. Tried both Firefox and Chrome.
The "Block community" button is replaced with text. Is it a known bug?

It's a known bug or at least it happens often.
Interacting with the community like upvoting something, clicking "create a post" and returning can fix this most of the time. I'd assume it will be fixed with the next update.
Exactly what I do if it does not work. Create post, go back, block.
Other than this workaround, I don't know. Maybe contact the admins of your instance and see if they know a way of fixing it.
This is happening to me also. Usually, I keep refreshing or do some kind of interaction and it seems to fix itself.
I learned voting on any post works 👍
